On July30, 2010, I received a call from this guy who caled himself "Jake" and I could not understand one word he said. He called me on my cell as an unkown so I did not answer than he called at work and I explainded  I could not talk just give me the information and I will call him back. He said I owned a loan from May 2009 and gave last four of my ss and my bank name. I pulled up my account online while on the phone with him and said there was no such deposit into that account and he said I owe it and we is going to sue the people I used as references and call them and make them pay. Since I work in the legal field I called 347-844-6817 and got a person who could not speak english and they insisted I owe this and I told them to regular mail me the information. He stated that he was going to be sending someone to my office today it was still early to get someone there, I asked for what and he said tocollect the money. I told him I would not pay until my boss who works for the state reviewed the information, he then started talking in a foreign language and I told him I could not understand him, that if he wanted to continue talking to me to either speak english or get someone who could. He then hung up. I called back again and this man again was very rude and would not let me talk and he said he was going to contact my references and eveyone I knew and make the  references pay the loan. I informed him, go ahead, you cannot make someone else pay for a loan they did not sign for. He then hug up    BEWARE ABOUT TAKING LOANS OUT WITH THESE PAYDAY COMPANIES, THEY ARE BIG SCAMMERS.    The government is trying to them off the internet as over 50% of them are just scams. I am concerned how they got my information because I never took a loan out with this company.
