Someone called me and read out an affidavit to me and told me not to speak until they were thru. they my ssn and everything down but I came to this website and called everyone I owe and asked if it was them and they said no. I called the police and fbi and filed a report. they told me to call 40835595855 when they can speak with my attorney or they could provide an attorney for me. anyways im not good at reports but this much I can say so far cuz i was completely in shock about the whole thing.

You cannot be arrested for a "debt" unless it is a bad check within the statute of limitations in your state
This scam has been profiled on ABC news
If they call again let them know it is a SCAM and hang up
