The COO is Joseph Lembo. The VP is Hunter Croft and the Director of Opperations is Cheryl Boshinski. They work in the PA office but the main collections is out of Tn.

These people are nothing but liars. They will do and say anything to make themselves look better. Hunter Croft was a used car salesman and that is how he has continued to show himself. Croft has done nothing but lie about all is superiors to make himself shine. Ask his buddy Greg B who used to work at Advanta about Croft.
Lembo will lie to you face while smiling. He will slam the knife in your back as he shakes your hand.
Cheryl is usless, but serves as Lembo's and Croft's whipping post. They need her since they have endowement issues.
