I was approached by Anny Hoang to view her website, She stated that her company has quality jewelry handbags etc. I have never had a problem with shopping online with China wholesaler so I gave her company a chance. I wanted for weeks for my packages and still nothing. I in anger then contacted Anny and she replied that she'd check the tracking number. Then she stated after checking the tracking number that the USP service had tried to deliver the packages but were unsuccessful. So I then contacted them myself only to find out that the Company never put a forwarding correct address on the form that's why it never came to me. It went to Jamaica Queens instead.

I then asked the USP why the package never reached me, then they stated that this package was never intended to reach Georgia period, the stated that the package was sent back to china and that there was nothing that they could do. I contacted Anny and I told her this and she still insist that the package came to my house but no one was at home. Its been almost a month since this happened, she refuses to forward me to her so called leader and then she had the nerve to ask me to send another 120.00. I sent her a message stating that if nothing else I will not rest until they send me all of my money back and I will also let the people in my country know about this company! I also asked one of my seller's in China how would they handle this He stated to me don't send them any more money, He told me that they can send the package back to customs and it will get back to me. When I mention this Anny stated that not how they handle things in her company. I have the emails to prove all that I am stating. At this point I want what I paid for or I want my Money back. Please help me make sure that this never happens to another person or business again!
