I ordered HVAC equipment from this company for a new construction home. I opened the package after there 30 days and noted damage to the furnace. I contacted the company for a remedy and was told there is nothing they will do. However I was offered a 5% discount on further orders, which is a joke.

Stay clear from this company!!
