I work for a spa that ad efx had contacted. My boss was unsure of whether or not to do this promotion because something did not seem right to her. The company had made a mock up of the promotion cards for my boss to see. She had decided she was not going to go ahead with it an left it at that. Keep in mind she did not sign any contract with the company. Next thing we know people are calling to book for these promotions that no one knows anything about until we find out that the company had been out selling these promotion cards all over town and other cities without our knowledge or permission. When we called to tell them our problem they said that they would stop selling them but guess what they continued!! So obviously now we are angry and our clients are angry because when they sold them to the consumers they lied and said they can extend their expiration dates and do the complete opposite of the conditions that are listed right on the back of the promotion package. Oh and by the way dont expect thme to call you or email you back because they wont. So now we are dealing with all these angry customers and wasting time and money because we don't make a penny off of anything!!! This company is a huge scam they have changed their name a bunch of times I guess to prevent getting caught.
