I am Bill James formerly of ADDS International. ADDS International does not now nor has ever had anything other than a client to client relationship with Mr Froemming and his advisory service. ADDS expressly states in its engagements to clients that we are in no way involved in the financing of a project and we merely evaluate projects and properties FOR A FEE and give an unbiased 3rd party opinion on the attributes of the collateral. Clients without the financial wherewithal to bring a deal to frution should not begin the process of seeking financing. Clients seeking to purchase property should do substantial due diligence of their own before proceeding with any lender or advisory group. It is not the fault of the firm providing 3rd party due dileigence services that an apartment complex with tax filings showing losses, severe mold and rotting wood foundations, several murders on site and lower than average occupancy rate does not appraise at the sale price. It is not the fault of the due diligence firm that a client seeking to build a 40 million dollar industrial development has no money in the bank to enter into a contract of sale to purchase the development site and has essentially no experience in the prospective business at hand. ADDS has a reputation for doing fair and honest work. It is your prerogative to shoot the messenger but any report we have done we have done with honesty and integrity. If your project does not qualify to be financed maybe you should look internally for a valid reason
