Multiple Unpaid Overdue Invoices
ADL Technology Services, Inc. is the primary vendor to our Client. For the services rendered by our firm, we send the monthly invoices to ADL, per the contract agreement. And per the contract agreement, payments are to be made by ADL to our firm, within a 30 days period post the invoice date.
Our firm has not received ANY payments for services rendered SINCE DECEMBER 2008, leaving us with multiple overdue invoices. Several attempts have been made to retrieve the payable amount, but in vain. We have been making such attempts patiently and consistently. Our calls are NEVER answered and our e-mails are rarely responded to, and sometimes in a HOSTILE manner.

Criminal Investigation

Being the most recent, vocal victim of ADL and Patrick Harris, I suggest this as a course of action.
File a Complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I am providing a Linke to the FTC Complaint Wizard.
https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/
Secondly, if you received a tax/1099 statement from ADL Compare what
they are reporting as your total income, and what your invoices total
up to, make copies and file a complaint with the IRS.
I may not get my money from them, but I will sure as hell take more than what they owe me in legal fees, fines and business.
#5 UPDATE EX-employee responds
Alex Averhoff and his company Toriatech also owe my unpaid wages from 2006.

Hi Jennifer,
I am ready to team up to collect the money from Alex Averhoff and Devan Desai.
Devan had told me back in 2006 that he is leaving Alex Averhoff, but it seems he was lying and still working with and now committing the frauds together.
I was employee of their company Toriatech from Aug 2005-June 2006 and worked at one of their clients in Orange Country, CA. The client paid them all the invoices in timely manner, but they never paid my wages for the last three months of work. They owe me more than $25,000 in unpaid wages plus attorney and court fees. I have a default judgment against them from Superior Court of California.
I am also working with a collection agency to get my wages collected. If you search for Toriatech or Alex Averhoff, you will see the report that I have posted on this site.
I would strongly advise that you do not wait and take legal action to collect your money. These guys are big frauds and they will make all excuses to delay your payment until they can get away with your money. It seems they keep continuing with consulting business with new company names once they have collected some amount by not paying their clients/employees/contractors some portion of their wages. They started with Toriatech and now have company names as ADL and Cuatrotech. One more thing I noticed is that they never register the company with registered agents as themselves and always use some other third party or law firm as the registered agents. Alex registered Toriatech with registered agent as WOLFE & GOLDSTEIN, P.A., a law firm in Florida and listed himself only as an officer/director.
I have learnt my lesson the hard way. So I advise that you take legal action right away instead of waiting and hoping that these guys would pay you. Believe me, they will Not. Also, try doing it against both the company and individuals (Alex Averhoff and Devan Desai and any others related) instead of going just after the company. These guys are taking advantage of the corporate flexibility by opening new business with new company names and getting away with it. Alex kept lying to me that he is going into bankruptcy so that he can get away without paying me all my wages. I have dozens of email where he is admitting that he owes me. I also have my HR Director and payroll from the client in Orange County as witness. Even the HR director of that client called Alex once and Alex just responded saying they don't care having any business with them. He also responded to me several times in hostile manner. While I was still his employee, he emailed me stating that if I keep asking him for my past wages, he will terminate me".
Thanks
Bishal

ADL/ Dev Desai/ Alex Averhoff/ Patrick Harris Ripoff Update

Here's an update on the status of the conflict with ADL, regarding overdue payments. All attempts to resolve this issue in an amicable manner have been turned down. Notices of intent to file a lawsuit are met with indignant responses such as: Lets not wait. Go ahead and file now so that my attorney can handle it. We are currently in the process of having a collection agency handle this matter and pursuing litigation if necessary. We extend an open invitation to anyone who are willing to team up with us, against ADL.

ADL breaks trust yet again!
After numerous futile attempts, we received word from ADL that a portion of the overdue invoices will be paid by a certain time line. It has been a month since that deadline (set by ADL themselves) has passed.
We have still not received any payment. Added to this, none of our attempts to get in contact with them (via., e-mail and phone) are responded to!
