This card is supposed to be used for my paycheck ONLY. Endless fees just to get money out and or pay bills. Rediculous company. I have had it for about 5 weeks and had NOTHING but problems, headaches and lost wages due to this aweful service. There is not an english speaking individual available to assist you IF you are lucky enough to get ahold of them, it usually takes 20minutes to get a non english speaking person on the phone. I wrote a check off of MY PAYCHECK a week ago, and the money was immediately pulled from my ADP account, but when I put it into my bank, they bounced the check 5 days later and my bank charged me a return fee, as well as my mortgage payment was bounced due to this occurance. The 200 dollars they refuse to give back to me without the returned check. No help, no Im sorry let us try and get your money back. NOTHING!!!! I spent two hours at my bank and they told me the check was store somewhere in NC and the copy should be enough to get my money back. Well, ADP says I must have the check so I guess my hard earned money was just eaten by MONEY NETWORK. This company is a scam and illegal practices are being used.... somebody please help me. i cannot afford to give my paycheck away to the devil

I too have been scammed out of money by ADP Total Pay, luckily they have only taken $10.00 from me in the 10 weeks I've had the card but think of how much money they make nickel and diming all of their customers. I have found the best way to avoid their trick fees is to go to one of their ATM's on payday, withdraw all of your money and deposit it into a real bank. I have learned not to call the automated system for anything because it's $0.99 or $3.00 if it goes to a representative and that all adds up. I'm sorry that happened to you!
