Every time I called, I never was able to speak with a live person. I got to know the automated system pretty well and left a number of voicemails for Roy...but never heard back from Roy. I don't even think Roy works there, just a name to fill the voicemail extension.
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! We all should be refunded our money! No one should be charged for work that is not completed on time or for work that is of poor quality-sheet of photo paper, poor graphics and 2 black magnets on the back. I could of done that on my own for a fraction of the cost!!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ADS ENTERPRISES OR QC UNLIMITED.... different names same company. We were billed by QC Unlimited LLC but were called on by ADS Enterprises.
