ADT, has been continuing to deduct $117.24 from this account since December of 2008, and refuses to refund us a dime! The representative for ADT that signed our original contract is no longer with the company and ADT says they don't have any records indicating that we asked for this cancellation.
ADT "claims" they have no written cancellation from my company and refuse to take any action. This building has been vacant for almost 3 years and stripped of any monitoring equipment and they have continued to deduct monies for "security services"! Ha! What a joke. What could they have possibly been servicing?
I suggest to everyone, do not enter into an agreement with ADT! If the agent you sign a contract with leaves, you will be left - high and dry - with no remedy, except complaining!
