On Dec 19, 2011 I ordered a replacement lamp for my TV to be shipped 2nd day air, when I went to their web site I saw that I was charged 80.47 on my credit card but the part was on back order and that the part was going to be shipped within 7 - 10 business days. When nothing was shipped within that time I called the company and canceled the order and requested a refund, I was told by Cecil that it would be processed and I would see a credit on my credit card within 3-6 business days. When I didn't see the credit I called them again and was told that i was being processed, I checked again in few days and it wasn't processed. So I called and was told the same thing in the mean time they shipped the item and I told them that I didn't want it. I was told to refuse delivery which I did and they still haven't refunded the money. See the actual chain of events for yourself: ( this is from their website )

I don't think they want to refund anything. Judge by their own actions.
I will never order anything from them and everyone should stay away from this company if you don't want to go through something like this. I think that the company is a rip off. I had to dispute the with the Visa which they will charge back this company.
