ADVENT PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT DISHONEST- LYING- UNTRUTHFUL-MANIPULATE-UNTRUSTWORTHY-QUESTIONABLE. Pawley's Drive SOUTH CAROLANA

In July 2004 I contacted Advent product Development.I got their telephone number from a TV commercial. I visited one of their office located at 77 west Las Tunas Drive Arcadia ca 91007. Mr. Ralph Falcon which was the Senior Marketing Consultant for A.P.D.I presented to him my idea and failled in love right the way with it. I call it" Wireless mail Notification System". This product will sale like pound cakes, he said. The search has been process,making sure no one else has already found this idea.The search last 4 and half months. Mr. Falcon expressed more joy then anyone in his office. I decided to proceed with my idea knowing that no one was behind it and I wrote a check of $ 9250.00. The first two years documents arrived within three different places; A.P.D, the lawyer and from Trade mark office.

Within two years my pending Patent was delivered to me. Advent sent me a list of 32 Manufacturer, names only. And soon a Manufacture call; You will be notified Advent said. So far so good. And February 2009 the full Patent arrived in the mail. A beautiful document; 2 inches gold stamp alone with two red ribbons;I could be more proud. I finally accomplished something good for myself and for all Americans. Not so fast! Soon after my Patent became public, companies like Advent begun contacting me through mail. Not knowing who those people were and what they wanted I called Advent. Advent refused to answer my questions" What are you talking about?" Advent totaly was ignoring me.

My contract with Advent endded 2006. Advent want $1500.00 more to sent e-mail to Manufacturer,I said,no I don't have no more money. Four years passed not one Manufactures has called advent. I was wondering why. I picked 4 names from the 32 manufatures list. I typed their name one by one on the search windom; got their telephone number and begun calling.

All four of those Manufactures said; we never heard anything about Advent!
Every invention that has been sent to us goes in the computer and stayed there until we contact the company! It was a shock to me to hear that.
Advent one more time has denied it the comment. I retured online and do more reseach and typed "wireless for a mailbox" And I found two companies who were selling my idea...I called both company asking how long they are selling those wireless for mailbox? Two/three years ago! I ordered two one for my lawyer and one for me.They were in fact from China.

I called Advent again and tell them what I just found on this webside:

My lawyer said we need to know if those companies has a patent to sale in America. if not the royalty will retun to you. and the bad news is I'm not the lawyer who do this type of research. i could not afford another lawyer fee.
I/ What hapened with the reseach Advent did in 2004? 2/How my idea hand up in China?3/ Who can we possible trust today?

each time I was visiting Mr. Falcon in his office he was hugging me! To a point I taught he was " nut"! He wasn't nut! Today I read all those hugs differently. Why did you walked in my office sooner? Each time I have found something fishy in this process Advent refused to back me up. it look like they were limited to their answers and feared if someone was in the back ground to listen. I closed my eyes and whish for the best.

I was dreaming about the royalty it will reduce my Mortgage this July. Between Advent the lawyer and theTrade mark office I spent about $15.000 all my saving 4 years ago. A 70 years old man who cried every day to have been betrayed.

What could be done for these companies? They ripped off people and this will never stop unless the Government stepped into it. I feel and conclude that Advent has walked with them, and I'm placing an exclamation mark(?) above Mr. Ashkan Najafi head the lawyer for this Patent. Decket # 18405
