When parts arrive, postpone the server schedule on same day - couldn't wait, call in a local technician from craigslist, fixed the refrigerator with a couple of starter/sensor/switch change on 1/10 of the A&E cost... none of the parts that A&E needs to replace is bad.
Dealing with the refund of the parts, called 6 times still not get resolved yet... Now I understand what rip-off means. And this A&E factory server is recommended by KitchAid, totally changed my impression upon KitchAid service as well.
