Home refrigerator repair serviced on 12/20/2012 failed within 3 weeks. Called phone number on receipt to arrange warranty repair, rep refused to schedule appointment for 2 days. In the meantime my food spoils. Asked to speak to supervisor, was given same runaround. Called number on original serviceman's business card; same story from original call taker and "supervisor". Filled out request on company website, and called the different number there. Same procedure; original call taker and "supervisor" refused to schedule timely service call. 1 hr 45 min wasted, negative customer service experience achieved. Was given direct number to call in morning. Called that the next morning, call taker couldn't schedule appointment until following day or one week away; "supervisor" Samantha finally did schedule appointment for that afternoon by 5. Thank you. But it never happened. My follow up call to Customer Solutions failed to resolve issue; was told there was no Samantha and no record of an appointment for that day. LIE. Another 45 minutes wasted. Strong negative customer experience achieved. Refrigerator still not repaired, food wasting, I'm out $270. They did suggest I call another repair service, however they would not reimburse for that expense nor the cost of my rotten food. A&E Factor Service are impossible.
