That I had to contact a claims agent Gary Kopal at 1-905-598-2870 to activate check before I deposit in my bank account. And also instructions on how to claim your big winnings. Advised to keep my winning information confidential until money is remitted to you in what ever manner you deem fit to claim your prize. this is part of a precautionary measures to avoid double claiming, and unwarranted abuse of this program. Barbara Whitfield name is on the letter, she is suppose to be the promotions manager. check is written on the Mid-Wisconsin Bank, check looks real but I ain't fooled one bit.I would think that the check would be from the same place the contest was held at. God don't like ugly!!
