There is absolutely no question that Cal-Ark International/Central Hauling/Arkansas Equipment Leasing/Central Maintenance Corporation is one of the most lucrative and successful organized crime organizations in North American history, as these people have defrauded and ripped off thousands of drivers and hundreds of insurance companies for tens of millions of dollars with total legal impunity. What this truck leasing and transportation group has been allowed to do to hard working, tax paying American system represents a gross failure of our fake ass justice system.

I was a lease purchase contractor with the Cal-Ark International Transportation Group from 2005 to 2007, during that time I was ripped off and defrauded of nearly $150,000 in phony insurance coverage, vehicles that had been totalled out, stripped of all usable parts and resold countless times, I was subjected to breach of conract, theft of funds from my personal savings account, theft of more than $21,000 in insurance checks on four occasions and my maintenance escrow was charged for the amount of the four insurance checks all of which added up to more than $21,000 combined. I was charged for parts that were not put on my vehicle, services that the companies don't perform (such as test drives) and I was charged double to quadruple for parts and services. I was not paid for thousands of dollars in trips, cheated out of thousands of dollars in fuel surcharges, manipulated into going to recover abandoned vehicles that contained human excrement and I (like thousands of other drivers) was eventually bankrupted out of a truck that I had paid off.

I have reported these activities to both the Attorney Generals, Insurance Fraud Divisions and FBI Offices of the states of Arkansas and Texas, several insurance companies, countless lawfirms and consumer agencies all to absolutely no legal avail. The most legal assistance that I have been able to get was an attorney telling me that I needed to get the signatures of at least one hundred of the thousands of victims of Cal-Ark International Transportation Group's victims to sign a petition to file a class action lawsuit against the transportation group, other than that, these people are still just sitting on the outskirts of Littlerock, Arkansas ripping off just about any and everyone that comes through their program.
