I have dental with them for 4+ years and they have paid every claim submitted.  No questions asked.  I agree with the employee.  Your Physician should have been more specific in his diagnosis.

The ignorant employee just helped me make a decision not to sign on with them they should really watch what they say.

All these insurance companies are phony because all they do,    Is spend money on lawyers to keep them from paying the injured a fair settlement so they offer the lowest possible amount.  But they don't worry because they have money to burn.

I will not use aflac or any of these phony insurance companies.  All they do Is take peoples money like progressive,  statefarm,  allstate,  and  farmers insurance,  safeco   but you have to have insurance to drive & get around.

If you have a car accident & you are injured the insurance companies,  will fight even though their insured was "At Fault".  Insurance Compaines Don't Want To pay the victims.   Instead Its an "Insult" & another tradegy In your life.

All these Insurance Companies care about Is money.

You clearly put in your post that the doctor's report did not say the extent of the accident, what it was caused by, and actually had a report saying that it was just wear and tear of daily living. Do you honestly believe that an insurance company will pay you benefits without PROVING that you got into an accident covered by the plan? Why wouldnt you just go back to the doctor and get the sufficient paperwork? In Insurance law and regulation, any insurance company can choose the extent of proof they will need to pay the claim. And your claim didn't provide enough information. Oh, and this is not fraud. Fraud is when someone takes your money and makes you think you are receiving a service when you're not. You are receiving a service, you just didn't provide the CORRECT information to get paid on the claim. Aflac obviously gave you many chances to fix this issue (as immplied by your post), you just kept submitting the wrong paperwork. How is it that millions upon millions of claims get paid annually for the silliest things like splinters, but your case is denied? Simply put, it is an error on your end, so don't blame Aflac for YOUR MISTAKES. Sorry, but you will NEVER win this case even if a lawyer is dumb enough to take this to court.
