I RECEIVED A COLLECTION NOTICE FROM ARNI REGARDING AN OLD UNPAID PHONE BILL THAT I NEVER HAD. IT HAS TO BE OVER 10 YEARS OLD AS I I HAVE NOT LIVED IN THE CITY WHERE THEY SAY THE SERVICE WAS FOR OVER 10 YEARS......NO PHONE COMPANY WOULD WAIT OVER 10 YEARS TO COLLECT A DEBT AND I HAVE HAD PHONE SERVICE WITH THIS SAME PROVIDER SINCE THEN AND THEY HAVE NEVER MENTIONED ME OWING THEM THIS.....THIS HAS GOT TO BE A SCAM!!!!
