AFNI, INC. A letter was addressed to my mother stating she owes Qwest $2,832.26. First of all my mother has passed away and has been dead for 9 years. Secondly, Qwest is no longer around it is Century Link. Internet

A letter was addressed to my mother stating she had an outstanding balance owed to Qwest in the amount of $2,832.26. My mother has been dead for 9 years, and Qwest isn't even around anymore, it is now Century Link and has been for awhile now. The letter states that if we send $100, it will clear up the outstanding balance.
