Replied with two letters detailing the wrong address, wrong telephone numbers and the wrong cities that were charged. Afni has not replied, but only keeps sending billing statements to pay the total amount as stated above.
The company and companies in this business should be investigated by the State of Illinois and the Insurance Commission, Business License Commission and Taxing authorities as to the business ethics and regulatory requirements of the State of Illinois.
The Consumer Division of the Attorney Generals Office for the State of Illinois should investigate Afni, Inc and their business practices.
