Virtually all of the work done by Mr Garza on this condos property over a two year period has since been redone by competent GC's. All of which, unbeknownst to each other, commented on the level of incompetence demonstrated on each repair done by Garza!
One of numerous examples of this occurred when Garza needed an electrician to move an electrical panel to access the wall behind it. The subcontractor he selected charged us $7000.00. We have had to redo the wall (as well as several others) since and the electricians hired by our current GCs charged $500.00 for the same job.
After a lightning strike Garza was hired to do the rebuild. We paid 50% more than he originally quoted and work was halted for long periods as he strong armed us for more money.
Needless to say, Garza is no longer welcome on our property. The management company that recommended him has also been fired!!
