AGM International ripoff scam Denver Colorado

On 7/23/02, I visited a website (www.money4u.net)advertising Business packages for setting up a internet shopping mall website. AGM International was offering the Grand Business package at $22,500 (which was 1/2 of the going price at $45,000).

For this one time investment they offered: 1.Lifetime ownership and a lifetime of resell rights 2.Full setup of your own internet shopping mall website 3.Earn 5% to 50% commissions on every product sold from your mall 4.The mall would include 35 million products and would be noticed in 185 countries 5.$200,000 guaranteed annual income with money back policy 6. 24/7 global support.
The problem with this scenario is that this company never had any intention of living up to this agreement.

The money was transfered to the Bank of Hapoalim in Israel. Since last year, I have received emails stating that I was to receive money but haven't received what was promised. Now I don't get any emails, my website no longer exists, and no one ever answers the emails, I write. AGM International has put together an excellent ripoff scheme. The only way of communicating with the company is by email. When you call the phone number all you get is an answering machine, which states that someone will get in touch.

I want to see whoever is behind this fraud pay for all the suffering that they have caused each and every person who sent them money. This criminal activity needs to be brought to an end, immediately. I have contacted varies government agencies but to no avail-no one seems to give a d**n. With all this money going to Israel, and Israel being this country's staunchest ally it is totally unacceptable that this injustice cannot be corrected. Why are we paying taxes to this government if they are not willing or able to protect us from such corruption?

Hopefully, if enough people submit reports about this company, a class action suit can be initiated and prevent somebody from doing something like this ever again.
We have to show and teach our children that things like this are not acceptable and will not be tolerated. Otherwise, we will leave our children in a world that corruption is the norm and justice is something you can only dream about. This company needs to be destroyed with the same fervor that the regime in Iraq was opposed otherwise we are hyprocrites speaking with false tongues.
