I'm sorry, but I have no record of doing business with a Daniel K. in Wichita, KS. But, you can email us your receipt or reference number to Sales@AIMuap.com to prove your statements are valid and receive a refund. I don't know how you are unable to contact us, our phone number is 1-866-548-2444, we are open Monday - Friday: 8:30 - 5:00pm (EASTERN TIME ZONE) .
Also, we do have a 90 DAY WARRANTY (clearly stated on all our receipts) and from the date of your post it seems you would still in warranty.
