AIM Used Auto Parts LLC won't issue refund after promised Gibsonton, Florida

business agreed to file claim with carrier in early dec. as of feb 7, 2013, no refund was received. follow up with company revealed they "forgot" to file claim. they advised a claim would be filed and they would contact me once a final decision was made. no call received so a follow up 2 weeks later revealed the person who handles claims was out of office and would call the following week. still no response. another call revealed the claim had been processed and the refund would be issued mar 4th. as of mar 20th the refund still not received. after reading similar reports on this site, I decided to also file a complaint.
