VERY POOR SERVICE and NO REPLY AFTER 12 DAYS
Hi I am a airtel digital tv coustmer from the past 3 years. My coustmer id is 3000367216. From the past 12 days my airtel connection is not working and giving me a SM2 error. I have tried calling the coustmer care 4 to 5 times but no response...
I complained Four times but they couldn't solve the issue after 12 days.. I am still fighting with error and trouble...
We recommended to everyone -------- Don't USE AIRTEL DIGITAL TV. Now i am going to buy new one DTH from another company...
