 This place sucks a*s, they rope you in with their glitz and glam on the outside.  The inside will rot like an apple in the sun because its so old then they won't help you with jack s**t if you have a problem.  My faucet exploded causing mold to grow so what do they do?  Send in an incompetent maintenance man armed with a coat hanger who takes 8 hours just to repair the sink.  Doesn't do jack about the carpet and when I tell them there is mold?  Frank McAdams the god awful landlord tells me straight up that he isn't going to do anything.  If you want to not live in a rotten scumstain of an apartment you have to sue and report them to the housing board.  Don't go here.
