 The sold me a 2010 toyota camru for $15200 plus all fees. On their website they listed the same car, the exact same car with matching VIN for $13499. I told Paul and Danny. Paul sai that's the cash value. I fI brought cash. then he'll discuss that price with me. I had already given my car and $1500 down for total of $2700. I got a loan with bank. The bank gave a cashier's check.

I went to dealer. I told Paul now I have all the money, he needs to take off the $1700 he added. He said no. He can't do that. The bank already do all the paper work, The price of the car is $15200. I said the website says $13499. and you told me the cash value is $13499. Danny was there. Danny said The person who update the site made a mistake.

I said well that's not what Paul told the other day. He told me if I am buying cash I's $13499. He told Paul you should be saying things like that to customers. and said to me I will talk to paul. I said but that's misrepresentation. you put one price on the website and charge a different price onsite. He said the person who update the site mad3e a mistake.

They both keep telling me that I got a good car for good price. The car has warranty. I said ok since it's has warranty ok.  All the

The sold me the car under the pretence that the car only has 56625 miles. On the car itselt, the had a paper in the window that has all the car information, which include the 56625 miles and the warranty option checked.

They keep telling toyota camry is one of the best car. I am getting a great car with low mileage for great prices. It has warranty and thing like that. I said ok then.

I took the car home. I saw that the car actually has 61481 miles on it, which mean the car is not under manufacture warranty. All the things they weresaying about the warranty were all bull.They paper they gave me said 56625. yet the reading in the car said 61481. I emailed them that same night because they were already close. The next day, Danny called me said he'll fix everything.

On the evening, I went there. I told them that the only reason I let them ripped me off $1700 was because they kept telling me the car was under 60000 miles and it has manufacture warranty. Now I found out that the car actually has more than 60000 miles, which make it not covered under toyota warranty, I want them to give warranty.

Paul said he'll give me 30 days. I said no because 30 days does not worth over 48 miles. We do not drive that much miles in 30 days. We drive abouth 500 miles/month. I told him he needs to be fair and give at least 6 months warranty.

Danny came and  said no, he can't giveme  anything. I told him that he had already made me pay $1700 more than the car price and he told me the car has 56625 miles when it really had 61481. He said he already made all the corrections and he sent them to my bank. He showed me paper that had the corrected mileage in it. in the bottom, I saw my signature. I told him how come my signature is on that paper.

The paper I sugned yesyerday has 56625 miles on it 61481. He sai he corrected the miles and used my signature from the paper I signed yesterday. I said that frau, I never gave consent to transfer my signature. He said well everything is done. he sent the corrected mileage to the bank. I was very mad because that is fraud. He's trying to make as if I signed the paper with 61481 miles.

I went out side to the car and got the paper they gave yesterday that had 56625, which was the paper I signed. I said this is what I signed. I asked him to see the original paper. he said no, there is nothing he can do. If something is not working in the car, just bring it there. I told him ok, just write that in peace of paper and sign. He said no he write down anything. This is that. and that's it. If not, I can return the car but my down payment of $1500 will not be refunded. He went back inside and left me standing there and never came back out.

I called my bank to see if they received any paperwork from them that day. The lady said she did not see anything. I explained my case to her. she told that they have no right to just transfer my signature, if a change was made I should sign the new paper in person. She advise me to go talk to the banker who did the loan closing to see if he can help me in anyway.
