RE: Complaint of Physical Assault and Harassment (Racial and Retaliation) from AlliedBarton Security Service.

I had filed a complaint with The New Jersey Division of Civil Rights in Trenton, New Jersey under the complaint of Harassment. This Harassment includes Racial, Sexual and Retaliation from several AlliedBarton Management from the Monmouth Junction, New Jersey Office. The first incident was based of these harassment consist of being assaulted by my subordinate. I had informed my Operation Manager of such activity and was ignored. The incident was not witnessed by anyone and was not investigated by anyone either. It made it a very uncomfortable environment. Please understand that Human Resources Director Tracey Vincent should not be interrogating anymore. She has made it very clear that her investigation consist of Interrogating me and making me seem as I did something wrong by bringing it to the attention of AlliedBarton (if they did not have prior knowledge of it) that Operation Manager (S.W.) was sending out Nude pictures using his AlliedBarton business emails.
When I was transferred to Sleepy's D.C. (Robbinsville, NJ) as the Site Supervisor for AlliedBarton Security Services. After two months of working at this location, I was sent instant emails of Nude women via email. The fact that AlliedBarton Operation Manager was using his business account to violate the E.E.O.C. rules about Sexual Harassment was sent via email (displaying Nudity Pictures). These pictures was sent to the Client and instantly forward to me. Since I threaten to inform people about this situation, the Operation Manager used his position to BULLY me and informed me that if I even attempted to do anything, I would not be working for AlliedBarton Security Service.
Since I am a Single father, I had to accept unnecessary mental abuse from this but that was not all, the company of AlliedBarton decided to go after me mentally again by sending me a White Racist to interact with me so that I would loose my patient but yet was surprise that I remained professional. This employee continued to call people of my race "Color People" which I had to council him on several times. When speaking to the Operation Manager (S.W.) about this situation, his only reaction was to laugh and inform me to get over it. Apparently they had interactions with each other because this employee had stated to me several times that he was protected by the Operation Manager and I could not do anything to him. In the month of November he even called me a "((((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE)))" which I found to be extremely out of content. I informed the Operation Manager (S.W.) about this and his response was to say that he is fully aware that this guy is a racist and as a Supervisor I would have to accept this. He further made me aware that if I could not accept this then I must not be ready to be the Supervisor there. In late December or early January, I had started receiving racial materials in the trash. These materials, which I have no doubt came from the employee that was calling me names. Though I had written Disciplinary/Counseling Forms on this individual, the Operation Manager had refused to accept it because he stated that he did not want any of those items to be part of (K.F.) permanent file. This employee had to threaten a White Manager in order for him to be removed from the location.
Once I had attended the class of The Supervisor Workshop, I was fully aware that AlliedBarton could react on the information that I was receiving without Retaliation from the Management Team of AlliedBarton Security Service - Monmouth Junction, New Jersey Office. I started re-acting from the Harassment aggressively, with the only conclusion being that my Supervisor title was snatched away from me. Everything that the Operation Manager (S.W.) told me that would happen ended up happening. I was even told to destroy the email from Operation Manager (S.W.) but I decided to keep it just incase someone else was disciplined differently then he was. I had already known that some people had knowledge of what was going on.... People such as the Regional Manager (J.B.) and because of this situation I was retaliated against.
Ways that I was Retaliated against was that I was removed as the Supervisor for the Sleepy's Account. I was then snatched from my position as Supervisor and put on as a Floater in which I would have to travel outside the Mercer County Area for different work assignments. Since The Regional Manager (J.B.), the Operations Manager (S.W.) and Sleepy's Client (T.R.) are all good friends who attend weekend trips together, they were extremely upset about me wanting to file a complaint with N.J. Division on Civil Rights. I even wanted to share pictures and the complaint with the media but was told in my interrogations interview with H.R. Director (T.V.) that I am not allowed to show information that was sent to my PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS from their company.
So far these situation have effected me in several ways. I have been hurting financially by not working which caused my vehicle a close of being repossessed, the mother of my daughter is fearful of allowing her to return to my residence because of the Nudity that she was allowed to see. This may even cause me to loose my equal joint custody of my daughter. I am in need of counseling as well as my seven (7) year old daughter. I have been humiliated since the sign has went out to others that if they complain about any type of harassment from any managers at the Monmouth Junction Office this will be the results of it.
The main purpose of this letter is to inform you of the process that I am willing to take next. I had already been interviewed by the Intake Investigator (Lawrence Johnson) of The New Jersey Division on Civil Rights who have informed me that I had enough evidence to file a complaint with their office. Since the State of New Jersey attempt to mediate situations quickly, I have accepted the terms of that. Though if the mediation is not successful, I am fully prepared to see this complaint all the way through. I am fully aware that some companies like to draw out the process for a long period of time and I ensure you that because of the situation that have taken place, I will NEVER stop until the conclusion is fully completed. In other words, I will not give up. The fact that my young seven (7) year old had seen these pictures that was sent to my personal email from your business email is close to being criminal and definitely submit to a civil situation.
Now there are things that I would require during the Mediation Hearing. If we can come to a conclusion during these mediations, I would definitely consider dismissing my thoughts of a Civil Claim against individuals and your company as a whole. I have full knowledge of several other individuals that were Terminated for Sexual Harassment from your company for less verbal things and the fact that your company have allowed certain people to remain working for certain reason is very sad. There should be equal treatment around the board. The following information will be what I will be asking for during the Mediation process:
