I have read many complaints about this place and heard NOTHING good about them. I would highly recommend, if you're having the same problem or any problem with them, that you do what I"m doing and contact the FTC regarding their blaitent disregard for the Federal Trade Commission's rules.
If enough people file a complaint they will be fined for their unethical practices and that's exactly what they deserve!
