AMERI-SOURCE PUBLICATIONS rip-off! Fraudulent billing! Champlain New York

Unfortunately I fell for this company once as I was a brand new office manager and was scammed by them then. When I received a call from Ameri-Source for our annual renewal I was not familiar who they were, I asked the man who called me for copy of our print add in the book and also where is my Ameri-source publication. If I am paying $299.00 should I not receive a listing of all the business in this book. I paid the invoice unfortunately not knowing this was a scam at that time.

Here were again Nov. 2004 same thing all over again, This time I said I was not interested as we are spending money in our local directories and why does a Urology Office Need to be listed nationwide? The person I spoke with indicated that the "mailroom would be in touch with me regarding my subcription copy. No book only just received a invoice for $299.25, I will not be paying this invoice. I then went to the internet to see if anyone else had been scammed and to my suprise there are several of us in the same situation. This is absolutely outrageous that they have not been caught.
