received a bill in 2001 stating i owe $300 for some tapes & books they supposedly sent me in 1999. they said he UPS man left them in the entry way of my apt bldg. i never received nor did i order them. they couldnt provide me proof of dlvy either.

i am still getting bills and they reported to my credit report in 1999- it has been hurting me ever since. i need to know what to do. please help =)
