Jay Keldon of American Marketing & Design Group, AKA Optimum TeleSolutions, LLC was hired on May 9, 2008 to conduct a telemarketing sales campaign for our new company. It was a 100 hour campaign for $1800.00

In doing my research on telemarketing companies Jay Keldon called me every day trying to sell me on his company, he was very persuaive and very very persistent. The day I wired him his $1800 he did not take my call for the next 5 days nor did he call me back. I called from an anonymous number on the sixth day and he answered. I told him I had not heard from anyone since the money had been wired to his bank account. He said one of his supervisors would call me w/in 30 min.

Someone finally called me and set up my account. From that day on I only received 3 days of reports. After calling daily I finally got ahold of Jay to complain about my service. Him and I ended up getting in a huge argument, from then on noone w/call me back.

Jay Keldon gave our company nothing for our money. He stole $1800 from us and gave nothing back in return. He is a liar and a theif. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!!! HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GIVE NOTHING IN RETURN. This is the third complaint I have found under this man's name and the company he is affiliated with.
