I am going to get with my attorney and take action against these people. They called me back in August 2008 and I said no they signed me up anyway, I received a Order Acknowledgment in September 2008. I called them that day and told they I didn't order these to cancel this they said they couldn't, thinking since I didn't give them my bank info they couldn't do anything. Not until a few months ago did I find they had been taking payments out of my account. I thought it was charges for my husband since he works out of town I never questioned it. I received notification from my bank that there was fraudulant activity onmy account so closed the account. They called and left me a voicemail stating she was with a pre-legal dept in GA that I needed to contact her immediately there was possible criminal charges being filed against me. Of course I called her back she stated she was with the Geargia DA's office and my case had been sent to her office. She said I had until 2:00 to pay her over $1,000 or they would issue a bench warrant for my arrest. Went as far as to tell me I could be driving to work and get pulled over and I WOULD go to jail and have to wait for someone to come from Georgia to appear in court before I would be able to post bail. They were charging me with fraud and theft. She informed me that since it was over $1,000 it was a felony and I would never be able to get another job. I was in shock and completely terrified I took the day off making calls and trying to find a way to fix this once I calmed down a little I realized how many holes there was in this story and googled and found all of these complaints. These monsters have to be stopped.
