we saw this great oportunity on graigs list to buy forclosed homes or take over payments for only 199.00.  so of course we jumped on it. so they set us up on this website that has forclosed or places bwho cannot make their house payments. so on their website you are asked to send a letter to the people who own the property telling them we work with american standard and we can aquire the house by taking over their payments which helps them get out of their forclosure. so we scanned the listings and sent out 26 letters with no response. so i sent them a e mail and they  said send a registered letter through the ups requesting a refund ,we did it came back not a viable adress no one there .so i have sent them countless e mails with no reply or "are you having trouble finding a home well i have had enough. i hope a attorney calls me soon or we will be finding one. we want our money back. what a scam
