First All People Let's Get It Right. Number One , I Left That Company In The Beginging  of 2005 . I Was Working Somewhere Else. Let's Get The Proff Its Me Are Shut Up. Supply Any Documents That Shows I Was Even Working There At The Time. Suppy Documentation With My Name On Any Forms , Doc's, Sales Forms.Just Find My Name Somewhere or Shut Up. I Want Your Name Because My Attorneys Are Going After The People Who Started This Complaint.

Look, you have no reason to even be here looking to see if there is dirt on you unless you're worried something will come up. Don't try the "they must have used my name" crap. Joe Benfatti is a scum bag and a crook and I will do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows it. You really want anyone to believe that a company pulled a name like Joe Benfatti out of the air and used it to rip people off? Come on. You also think everyone reading this is so dimwitted that they are going to believe you found out that American Tax Relief used your name to steal from people and all you have to say is "call the company"? Really? That's the best you can come up with? I know what I would do if I just found out some con-artist's were using my name to ruin peoples lives. I'd do what most any honest person would do. I'm not going to tell you what I'd do because I can't have you out there acting like something you are not. You are an incredibly horrible, dishonest person. I do want my $7000 back, but as you well know I can't get it because you and American Tax Relief won't give it back to me based on lies you all created in order to do no work and keep peoples money. My hope is that I can save at least one honest, hardworking family man or woman from every giving American Tax Relief or anyone with the name Joe Benfatti any of their money. I'm not going to stop with just this report either. I'm currently in the process of building my own website dedicated to making sure that anyone who visits my site will never be a victim of ATR or you. It's not going to be like this site, not for any scam business or person. It's going to focus on just American Tax Relief and you, Joe Benfatti. Your thieving days will soon be over, at least lessened.
Oh yeah I wanted to ask you a couple things; How do you sleep? Do you have kids, if so how can you try to raise them right and be such a scumbag? And last but not least. How would you feel if someone did this to your mom or (if you have any) kids?

I don't know who the person is that wrote the rebuttal but the fact remains that a person named Joe Benfatti stole $7000 from me and my family. This happened to us several years ago so the person who wrote the rebuttal as an ex-employee can't possibly want anyone to believe it wasn't him. I have googled Joe Benfatti, and recommend to everyone to do the same, and have found one who lists tax relief solutions as a past career. Unfortunatly for anyone sharing the name Jos Benfatti the name is soiled and stinks of scam. Do not do business with anyone with that name or any business that has him in their employ, as it is obvious he will not come out of the woods and admit what he has done to honest and hard working families. To Joe Benfatti $7000 may not be a big deal, but to a guy like me with a wife and kids to feed it is a ton of money!! 

I am not a employee of American Tax Relief # 542925, I feel bad for their clients. but its very clear that someone has been using my name.
