AMERICAN TRUCK GROUP OUT RIGHT LIEING THIEVES GULFPORT, Mississippi

Ill begin saying that upon arrival to purchase my truck I was mislead as to how long it would take to be put back togather as it was in the middle of a inframe. It was 7 days later that my truck was running however not well. I was given the choice of taking it to KW in Mobile to have the problem corrected or wait while they did so. The 3406E Cat engine never did make the power i knew it should. I finally found a big part of the problem in the cool air charger was leaking very badly and at the same time discovered both rear motor mounts were broken. i tryed for 2 weeks to contact AMERICAN TRUCK GROUP and finally ended up driving in the driveway where I waited 45 minutes before anyone would come from behind the locked office door to speak with me. I was simply told I bought a used truck as is.

OK 30 thousand miles on the truck and the motor drops a valve. I bought a used truck! Thats fine I did buy a used truck stock number 2030. I have all the documents to prove that the advertised newly inframed motor was reassembled with a used head. Not only a used head but it was the wrong type head. The head was off a newer model engine not a 3406E. This was the other factor in the motor not having the power it should. Simply speaking my truck is great now that I have fixed all the items that AMERICAN TRUCK GROUP said they did. That inframe cost me 14300 dollars and only 2 days down time. Interestingly half the time it took them just to reassemble the truck. I guess knowledge and the right parts go a long way.
