THEY ALSO CHARGED US A $5000 DOLLAR MEMBERSHIP FEE AND $1,049 DOLLARS FOR A CRUISE THAT THEY NEVER BOOKED. IN ADDITION TO THIS, WE WERE MISLED WITH A CERTIFICATE FOR A TRIP THAT NEVER HAPPENED.
WHEN WE REQUESTED A REFUND, KELLY BUCHANNON AND LINDA (TWO CURRENT EMPLOYEES AT AMERICAN VOYAGER TRAVEL) 14850 MONTFORT DR. SUIT 165 DALLAS TX. 75254, PROMISED TO SEND IT TO US BY MAIL. HOWEVER THEY HAVE BEEN STALLING FOR MONTHS AND WE STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED OUR MONEY BACK. NOW, NONE OF MY COUNTLESS PHONE CALLS ARE ANSWERED, AND IF THEY ARE, NO ONE SEEMS TO BE "AVAILABLE" AT THEIR OFFICES.
MY FRUSTRATION IN THIS MATTER HAS BEEN A GREAT INCONVIENIANCE.
