AMERICAS SERVICE STATION DOES NOT HONOR THERE WARRANTY.
THEY USE NON OEM PARTS BUT CHARGE FOR THEM. THEY USE AUTO ZONE AND ADVANCE AUTO PARTS 90 PERCNT OF THE TIME AND EVEN USE JUNK YARD PARTS FROM TIME TO TIME.
ALL PARTS ARE MARKED UP OVER 300 PERCENT. THE OWNER MAKES OVER 68 PERCENT PROFIT EVERY MONTH. FIGURE 100K IN SALES IS 68 THOUSAND IN PROFIT.
OR FOR EVERY 1 DOLLAR IN SALES 68 CENTS PROFIT. THAT WAY TOO MUCH.
NO DEALS HERE. NOW IF THEY COULD FIX A CAR IS ONE THING. THEY SAY ASE TECH.S I HAVE NEVER MET ONE THAT WORKS THERE AND I HAVE BEEN TO 4 STORES JUST TO CHECK. THE TECHS LAUGH AT THAT.
YOU TAKE IT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE THEY WANT YOU TO LEAVE FOR 2 HOURS SO THEY HAVE TIME TO TRY AND SELL YOU SOMTHING THAT IS NOT NEEDED.
BRENT MAKES IT SOUND LIKE YOU WILL CRASH AND BURN IF YOU DONT GET IT FIXED BY THEM.
I THOUGHT THAT BRENT THE MANAGER SHOULD KNOW ABOUT CARS SINCE HE IS THE MANAGER BUT I WAS WRONG.
BRENT HAS NEVER WORKED FOR ANYOTHER SERVICE CENTER BEFORE. HE WAITS TABLES AT ON THE BORDER AND OTHER EATING PLACES.
HE CANT EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE IN MAJOR OR MINOR SERVICES.
DEAN WILK THE OWNER OF THE NORCROSS STORE AND THE ONE IN ALPARETTA
IS A FAST TALKING BULLS**T ARTIST. WILL NOT HONOR A WARRANTY ON THE STUFF THEY MESSED UP AND WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT
DEAN HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO KEEP ANY GOOD TECH.S OR MANAGER'S BECAUSE OF HIS WAY HE TREATS CUST.
IM NOT SURE WHAT COMPANYS MAKE 68 PERCENT PROFIT EVERY MONTH MAYBE
AND NOT GIVE YOU GOOD SERVICE. BEWARE OF THESES PLACES I HAVE HERDTHAT THEY WERE SHUT DOWN IN TEXAS AND MOVED OUT HERE TO DO THE SAME.
I HOPE EVERY ONE WHO READS THIS WIL TELL EVERY BODY THEY KNOW.

POSTED: Friday, December 24, 2010i work behind this shop and i can see some of the employees smoking dope 2 to 3 times a day. the owner must be involved also because they seem to do it while he is there. i guess he has to rip every customer off so he can supply the dope to his employees. stay away!!!!!!!!!!
