Needless to say I was 2 payments behind.So I recieved A letter form Americredit IFORMING me that I had to make the payments by the 8 of Jul,Well needless to say I sent in a payment and the check was posted on the 10 of jul.well to no avail nothing no phone calls or anything .Mind you I was now only 1 payment behind.Needless to say on the 16 of jul I was awoke by my son that somebody was stealing the truck.Well needless to say it was a tow truck hired by Americredit to come repo the truck.But I was 1 payment behind ONLYYYYYYYYY.
OH AND OUR ITEREST RATE WAS 19 %

This isn't a ripoff. They could've repoed the car 1 week after you were late if they wanted to. 1 month late certainly warrants a repo. Since Americredit financed you, I have to assume that your credit is less than perfect, needless to say, which is why your interest is at 19%.
