Party bus rented on Sat., Sept 22,2012 for a birthday celebration with friends and family.  This was suppose to be a fun time but turned out to be a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. 

I would like to draw attention to their own website about their company before I let you know the experience that was endurd for the Birthday girl and her guess had with this company's party bus.  The  company's website states the following:

 Now that you see their statement that is listed on their website...here is my complaint.  The bus was late picking us up.  Was suppose to be there for pick up at 8 pm showed up at 9. The bus driver called and said that he was running late due to traffic but still had to be guided with directions as to where he needed to pick everyone.  Correct me if I am wrong, but why was his agenda not mapped out beforehand as to where to come and where he was going to.  This driver had neither.  There should have been NO WAY WHAT SO EVER, that he should be asking the anyone for directions.
 
Upon entering the bus, there was a panel hanging down from the ceiling of the bus that was soaking wet from the rain...INSIDE THE BUS...REALLY!!!. The seats were wet in certain spots, which was told to us that it came from the air conditioner.  I advised the driver of this situation and he duct taped the panel/ light fixture back up to the ceiling of the bus, the helper wiped up the water off the floor and seats. 
 
 AND...LET TALK ABOUT THE TRASH... There was trash apparently left from the previous person that rented the bus because there were empty beer bottles, soda cans,  opened bottles of water left inside the consoles where the ice should have been.  There was no ice supplied - WHICH I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT MAJORITY LIMO COMPANIES DO SUPPLY. People from the party went back in the hotel to get ice to furnish.  There was dirty bowls that was left on the bus as well. The bathroom was NOT cleaned what so ever and the light worked when it wanted to, so people had to use the rest room in the dark plus the door would not lock once occupied.  FOR the amount of money was spent... it seems that the company should better take care of the product and make sure that everything was up to par and upkeep of the inside as well. This is UNACCEPTABLE and I hope your hear from other passengers that was on the bus which was suppose to accommodate 50 people but it barely held the 27-30 people that was on the party bus.  AND LET ME NOT MENTION THE FACT THAT IT LITERALLY TOOK UP TO 4 1/2 HOURS to get to NYC.  When it only takes TWO.  Which we were late to our destination and could not enter.
 
Further more, the company should have some kind of DRESS CODE for employees/ drivers who will be accompanying the bus.  Our Driver looked liked he just rolled out of bed and threw on some unclean jeans, which was literally falling off his behind and a dusty shirt.  I don't know what you standards are for advertising / marketing of this business AND THIS IS A BUSINESS, then the business advertising/ marketing needs a refresher/ new face.  The driver/ helper should handle and represent the company in the utmost presentable way possible and it was not . 
 
We have called and left messages, no response back. We have sent emails and no response. Filed a complaint with the BBB         Needless to say, I will not use this company again and will not recommed to anyone.
