This is a heating and air conditioning company in Westchester, NY. I have been a customer for years and years.
1) In the middle of a recession, they more than doubled their contract prices for the same services to me in 2009 vs. 2008
2) They promised to work with me, but have actually stalled me for six months, and Mark Salvati who said that his president, Mr. Weinberg "Would not talk to me because he does not care," repeatedly lied to me
3) Mr Salvati told me to find a better deal and then said he would beat it, IN WRITING
4) I found a lower price, admittedly for a smaller list of services, under a comparable labor and maintenance agreement. Then, Salvati tried to back out of the agreement; he brought up other previously undisclosed issues (i.e., well this is not one of our "major competitors")
5) I provided documentation to them several times, but he continued to want more from me and did nothing about it
6) After 6 months of this nonsense, they had the nerve to call me and say "We do not want to be your service provider anymore"
This company is committing fraud and not honoring the terms of a written agreement.
Screw you AMHAC! If you want to go to court, I will bring Salvati's letter with me, and watch him try to lie on the stand in White Plains court about everything, plus verbally disrespecting the president of the company.
Let's see who the judge believes!!!

The customer in question who filed this report attempted to provide a fraudulent comparable estimate from a competing Company for similar services. This competing Company was contacted by the writer and it was confirmed that the customer tampered with the estimate and that the cost of services and service specification were not authorized by the competing Company. For these reasons the customer was told that I was no longer interested in conduct business with him. Mr. KMA.

AMHAC has been in communication with Mr. Hirsch on several occasions and is aware of Mr. Hirsch's objections as to the manner in which AMHAC conducts its business. AMHAC business was started over fifty years ago and has been built on a tradition of honesty and integrity. When we discover that a customer has been dishonest with us it goes against everything AMHAC stands for and we choose not to continue doing business with these types of individuals.
Mr. Hirsch submitted a Service Agreement from a competitor to seek a lower priced Service Agreement from AMHAC. AMHAC when verifying the validity of the pricing of the Competitor Service Agreement discovered the agreement that Mr. Hirsch submitted was fraudulent. AMHAC is exploring the possibility of taking legal action against Mr. Hirsch for misrepresentation and submission of a fraudulent document.
AMHAC has made the decision to no longer do business with Mr. Hirsch for the above reasons. AMHAC believes that this decision upholds our tradition of honesty and integrity in conducting our business
