Now that I have sold the property, they have dropped my credit score drastically and I cannot get anyone to answer the customer service line. The fax does not work and says its off line. And there are no answers to my numerous written complaints since June. It appears AMHSI aka Homeward aka OCWEN can do anything they want with no oversight or accountability.
