This company harvests emails addresses from job sites, then sends job seekers an email with the subject:  "Re: Your Resume"-- falsely indicating it is a reply to an email conversation initiated by the recipient.  The email entices the recipient to sign up for the company's "No Fee" services:

"Hello:

I'm James Randall with AMM Associates.  We work with many companies and recruiters across the US.  Your email was passed along to me through one of our affiliates.

Our network is pretty extensive and we may be able to asssist you.

Our online job profiler will ensure that you are active in our database and also email you matching jobs.  Please visit http://www.AMAssociates.com and fill in the quick job profiler.  It takes less than 30 seconds.

There is NO FEE for our services.  Our fees are generated by the employer or 3rd party recruiter upon successful placement.

Thanks,
James Randall

Once the recipient/job-seeker visits the site and completes the "job profiler", a second email is sent:

"Thank you for filling out the profiler today.  I will let you know if any job leads come my way.

You should try http://www.resumemessenger.com   For the type of position you are seeking they can get your resume out to thousands of targeted recruiters in 24hours [sic] for mass exposure.  There is a small fee but it is definitely worth it and many placements have occurred from previous job seekers with a background similar to yours.

I recommend you just visit their site and from the home page you can enter your job category and location and see how many recruiters meet your profile and then decide,.  Some job seekers have tried this and have had offers in less than a week... its [sic] all about timing.

Give it a try, [sic] if it works for others [sic] I'm sure it will give your job search a boost as well.

Kind regards,
James Randall

This is SPAM and a bait-and-switch sales tactic the preys on the unemployed by enticing them to purchase fee-for-service job placement assistance while proclaiming there is "NO CHARGE" for these services.
