AMW VP ENTERPRISES Hector P. Vargas, Billy Houtz Scam, rip off, lies!!! You won't get paid when you leave, and what you do get paid is less than min wage!!! Rancho Cucamonga California

This company promises a fast track to management. They also say you work only 8 hours a day 6 days a week. Wrong!!!! you work 10-12 hours, no breaks, and lunch is literally missed if you don't ask for it. There were two days I didn't get to take a lunch break and I am not the only one!!!  Plus in california you have to take your lunch before the fifth hour, and that rarely happened!!They also want you to wake up at 5/6am listening to “conference calls”  which is just a bunch of cussing about doing something whith your life, 1-2 times a week! 

They promise excitement and opportunity as we promote events... They have us  getting customers working at gas pumps. We bring them in and fix the chips on their windshields. We called their insurances with our personal cell phones and took pictures with our phones for certain companies. We also used our personal emails to give to these customers and their insurance companies if we had to send pictures.

They were never prepared. A lot of the time the drimals to fix the windshields were not charged. They constantly ran out of the warranty work that we used to gather the customers information and then we couldn't provided the customer with their copy. they did not provide us with water, we brought our own. If we even mentioned it was hot they would laugh at us and tell us we didn't know what hot was. There was an African American that they constantly cracked jokes about him and the color of his skin. They made inapropriate jokes all the time!!

they talk about you being successful and reaching goals, but if you have to treat others the way they treat employees to “get rich” than that is just wrong!!! They say you will get salary or commissions whichever is greater, but that is not true. I was told over the phone that the position was $500-$800 salary as it stated on the Craigslist ad. I never saw a check over $279. I quit because 6 days a week at 12 hour days for basically less than min wage is ridiculous!!!! The manager got mad and told me that I wouldn't be successful because I was quitting.

I have been trying to get my last paycheck because I am owed that since I put in the time and I am not getting it. The so called manager keeps saying that he mailed it out, but I have yet to see it!!! I need my money! Do they care? Nope! Rip off and scam for sure!!!!!
