But I wonder how many people will actually check this out before sending the "small processing fee"? 

I got one of these letters today, identical to the pictures that the OP posted. 

They didn't even use a postage paid return envelope! 

I wrote "SCAM" and "CON" all over the 'winning ticket, stuck it in the envelope, and used Larry Hourd's return address.  Unless the post office throws it away, Larry gets to pay for a stamp! 

I guess I should be grateful that they aren't violating the "Do Not Call" list.
