Elliott Andalman advertises on the internet seeking clients; taking cases on a contingency basis charging $1000 + 33% of recovery. First he turns the case over to a young attorney to do most of the work PETER CASCIANO. Second, they may abandone the case, foot drag, stall to get the case in front of the MSPB, rather than try to settle the case seeking higher legal fees.
They do not return phone calls, will create false misleading paper trails protecting their backs from possible legal malpractice actions. I strongly suggest that anyone reading this notice stay clear.
