ANS Towing The company uses outdated repossession orders to collect vehicles with bully like and threatening tactics Irvington, New Jersey

Despite being able to prove that my car lease was modified exactly as to the terms defined by the lender, the tow driver refused to respond. This towing company driver  threatened with physical attack, but, was willing to take cash to walk away and would not accept that the loan was modified and current to the satisfaction of the lender. When asked to call, the driver refused. When asked to stop and listen , driver pushed me to the ground  over his town equipment.  It has been 2 months since this incident, the car was later returned to me by the lender and yet I still see this company's trucks on the road. How are they allowed to continue to do business in New Jersey or anywhere else for that matter.
