My husband, who is disabled, called the 800 number and ordered a Bargain Network report. He was told he could cancel within 30 days for no charge. The report never came in 2 weeks, so he called and cancelled the order. For the past 4 months we've been charged for this. Finally, we called Discover, and they put a stop to the charges. Bargain ripoff Net refuses to refund what they stole from us.
