AP9* GALLERIAUSA CT Adaptive Marketing, LLC Galleria charges my credit card even after I have disputed with Citibank, unable to cancel, Internet
NOPE! It carried over to the new card...that tells me that Citibank (my card issuer) is somehow feeding them the information.
I am told that I can cancel online. Okay...except they want a member ID. Which I do not have seeing as I never received the "welcome packet" that contains this. I call, and am told that my info is not in their system (funny, you seem to have enough info to KEEP CHARGING ME). I dispute the charge with Citi (stating that I wanted to cancel it) and include all the hoops that I had to jump through. The last time I tried to call the number listed for them on my CC statement it gave me a voicemail loop.
So I receive a dispute credit for the previous billing cycle...only to have it pop up AGAIN as a new charge. What was the point of the dispute then?
